With 18 years of experience as a college basketball coach, educator, and athletics administrator, Christine Clancy is a trusted advisor and leader who is passionate about empowering others to achieve their full potential. A former Head Coach of the Washington and Lee University Women’s Basketball team, Christine led her program to historic success, including multiple ODAC championships, NCAA tournament wins, and national rankings. She is recognized as one of the most accomplished coaches in the program’s history and was named ODAC Coach of the Year in 2023 and 2024.

Christine’s expertise extends beyond the court—her leadership in athletic departments, DEI programming, and team development has made her a sought-after consultant for athletic organizations, coaches, and administrators. She is deeply committed to fostering an environment of excellence, integrity, and respect for all stakeholders within sports programs and higher education institutions.

As a coach and consultant, Christine blends her strategic mindset with a passion for leadership development, helping coaches, teams, and organizations build stronger, more cohesive leaders and high-performing teams. Whether working one-on-one with coaches or facilitating team-building programs, Christine's approach focuses on creating sustainable growth, improving communication, and driving long-term success.

Christine holds a Master’s of Science in Exercise and Sport Studies from Smith College and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brandeis University. She has also completed the NCAA Women’s Coaches Academy and the Women's Coaches Academy 2.0. When she’s not coaching or consulting, Christine enjoys working with her local community through the Rockbridge Area Recreation Organization.
